The Welcome Reception will take place Thursday, April 1, 2027, after the final session of the day and will feature appetizers, beer, wine, and soft drinks.

Coffee Breaks - $7,500
Sponsor a coffee break in-between educational sessions while attendees visit the exhibit hall.

The Anticoagulation Forum satellite symposium and product theater opportunities allow participating companies to maximize their visibility and impact at the AC Forum National Conference.

Important Notes:

  • Two (2) symposia timeslots are available for each meal.
  • Program and logistics are arranged by Sponsor.
  • Sponsor is responsible for all catering costs, unless otherwise arranged.
  • All attendees must be registered and badged Anticoagulation Forum conference attendees.
  • Total available audience seating depends on room set-up.
  • Once reserved, Satellite Symposium & Product Theaters are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
  • Satellite Symposia do not include an exhibit booth. Sponsors hosting a Satellite Symposia may purchase a 10x10 exhibit booth at a discounted rate of $5,000.
