Poster Size and Design Guidelines

• Each poster display space is 40in high by 42in wide. Posters may be smaller, but should not exceed this size.
• Posters may be designed in any layout or orientation, provided they fit within the maximum display space
• Posters should be readable from 3–4 feet away. Recommended font sizes:
• Posters should be easily visible and readable from a distance of 3 - 4 feet from the board. Recommended font sizes include:
• Main Title: >60pt
• Headings >36pt
• Text >18pt

• AC Forum does not require a specific poster layout or format. Authors may use the provided template, adapt it as needed, or use their own format.
