What's Included

  • Meeting room (classroom or banquet style)
  • Standard A/V equipment including computer, LCD projector, podium microphone, and projection screen
  • Four (4) full meeting registrations
  • Acknowledgement of sponsorship in conference syllabus and conference website
  • Inclusion on Satellite Symposia signage in the meeting registration area
  • Two (2) email blasts advertising your session sent by the conference organizers (may be joint emails)

Important Notes:

  • Two (2) symposia timeslots are available for each meal.
  • Program and logistics are arranged by Sponsor.
  • Sponsor is responsible for all catering costs, unless otherwise arranged.
  • All attendees must be registered and badged Anticoagulation Forum conference attendees.
  • Total available audience seating depends on room set-up.
  • Once reserved, Satellite Symposium & Product Theaters are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
  • Satellite Symposia do not include an exhibit booth. Sponsors hosting a Satellite Symposia may purchase a 10x10 exhibit booth at a discounted rate of $5,000.
