Headquarter Hotel Discount*

Receive a 100 USD discount on conference registration when you stay at the conference hotel . To receive the discount, the reservation code must be included at the time of the conference registration. Hotel reservations that are ordered after the conference registration will not receive the $100 refund. Reservations must be made by March 8, 2025. You must stay at least 2 nights in the conference hotel in order to receive the discount. If multiple people are staying in a single room, all names must be listed on the hotel reservation. If you cancel your hotel reservation, the discount will be removed from your registration.
