Boot Camp

The Anticoagulation Forum Boot Camp program is a compact 2-day meeting providing comprehensive training on essential aspects of anticoagulation, disease state, and drug management. Engaging discussion around quality improvement, new agents and special situations will benefit all practitioners.

Intentionally small, this meeting moves regionally around the country. The next anticipated course location is TBD and will be held in the fall of 2019.

What Makes Boot Camp Unique?

Our Faculty.  Enjoy small group learning with some big faculty names. Our program provides the opportunity to learn from, and engage with, some of the leaders in the anticoagulation space. We limit enrollment to a small group to allow more personal interaction with our expert faculty and with your peers.

Chalk Talks. Daily 'Chalk Talks' allow attendee participation to shape the topics. Engaging discussion around transitions of care, quality improvement, new agents and special situations will benefit practitioners at all levels.
