Hall Access

The Exhibit Hall will be open to attendees Thursday, Friday, and Saturday during the conference program. Exhibit hours are subject to change.

Service Kit

Click here to view the exhibitor service kit. An email invitation to log into the service kit will be shared from our exhibit decorator, Alliance Nationwide Exposition. This kit contains various information and resources for concerning freight, electric and additional rental items. Pricing increases March 5.

Lead Retrieval

Click here to view the Lead Retrieval options. This service allows exhibitors to track and collect attendee information at your symposium or booth. Pricing increases March 3.

Exhibit Directory Information

Please log into your exhibit account and add your company's most current description and logo to ensure that your directory listing is correct. All company information is due as soon as possible.

Staff Registration

Each company is entitled to a specific number of Full Conference Registrations and Exhibit Hall Staff Badges based on your sponsorship level. Please note that Exhibit Hall Staff Badges only grant access to the Exhibit Hall. If you have not received your waived registration codes, please contact us at: exhibits@acforum.org.

Exhibit Hall Bingo

We will host exhibit hall bingo at this year's conference. This is an incentive for attendees to visit your booth. Each attendee will receive a bingo card at registration that includes the logos of all exhibit booths & tables and encouraged to visit each exhibitor in order to be entered into a drawing for a prize. Each exhibitor will be provided stamps or stickers to note an attendees visit. Please be sure to update your exhibit account with your logo to be included on the bingo card!

Hotel Door Drop

Included in Silver and Gold Sponsorships and available for purchase.

The combined hotel room door drop is scheduled for the evening of April 2. If you choose to participate, you are allowed one piece, one page/double sided, max size: 8.5 x 11. All artwork and content must be approved by AC Forum. Please allow 72 hours for approval. Please provide 425 copies of the door drop material. Door drop materials are due to the address below no later then March 29. Please share your tracking details with exhibits@acforum.org.
